Furniture – So many drywall repairs are caused by furniture. Try to keep all furniture at least 1 inch away from any walls this will prevent damp spots building up and the surface being damaged. It also reduces the chances of the furniture getting bumped into the wall and damaging it. This also goes for dressers and wardrobes.
